Oh man, what can I tell you about these that you don't already know!? This is the way my mom always made them and she taught me well. It's the one thing I have handed down to my kids to make because what they love, they will learn to cook. Am I right?
I usually select thin, center-cut chops for frying, so the process goes pretty quickly. I always serve with mashed potatoes, white gravy, and most often green beans in bacon grease. Oh the midwestern in me is oozing out, isn't it!?
