Some wonderful person gifted me with this awesome menu board for my birthday last month. :-) To say that I love it is an understatement.
To those who are not convinced that planning what you eat for the week benefits your health, budget and mental stability... I reserve the right to disagree.
This simple habit makes a big difference. And as a bonus, I've discovered that the family, especially kids, really like knowing what to expect for dinner each night. It might be that it gives them advance notice so they can start working on their defense of why they don't like it, but let's just ignore that for a moment and carry on, shall we?
