I'd have to say that I've always liked Brussels Sprouts, but it wasn't until we experienced them in a whole new way from Beast Craft BBQ Co in our little neck of the woods that really put them on the regular rotation.
This particular recipe in no way resembles those from Beast, but they are a good alternative for a home cook.
