It’s wedding week, ya’ll!!!

It’s true that I have been absent from this blog for the most part in the past year. There are many reasons excuses for that, not the least of which is we’ve been planning a WEDDING!!! There is a very long story - one I’m not at all sure will ever be written in its entirety here - but we are thrilled beyond measure in the way God brought beauty from ashes and led our son to his bride-to-be. 

We head back to my hometown today in preparation of the weekends events. I have much to do in order to get on the road within the hour, but I felt compelled to come and shout to the world, even if it’s only a very teeny-tiny corner of the blogging world, that it’s WEDDING WEEK!! I certainly hope to come back later and fill in some of the details and share the fun we have had leading up to the big day.
