Must remember this one!

I can't even believe how much my crazy family ended up liking this.  It was an absolute spur of the moment experiment.  While on vacation, our wonderful neighbor mowed our jungle - twice!  So I wanted to thank him for his kindness and made a meal for him and his family along with a gift card and a bottle of wine.  The meal was a favorite of mine - grilled chicken penne al fresco and cheesy savory french bread.  In an attempt to have a dessert ready to add to it I looked up something using cake mixes in a hurry (for something other than a cake that needed to be baked on a day when the temperature in our late July mid-west climate was the hottest of the year-to-date).  I discovered this on the first search and since I had everything I needed on hand and it sounded reasonably yummy - I gave it a shot.  They were eating it while it was still steaming from the oven.  It was seriously gone in 60 seconds.  (Well, okay, maybe 300 seconds, but still - record time!)

If you like strawberry and lime - you'll love this.  You'll probably love it even if you don't love strawberry and lime :-)
