Looking for ways to use the bronze fennel that is finally taking off in my raised bed. It really was an afterthought - something I purchased and then by the time I was done getting all the other plants in the ground it just sat there, lonely, asking, "Where do you intend to put me?" Well, I didn't know, and I was tired so I just stuck it in the first space available. Now several years later (removing a TON of chives from that bed to make room for the very few tomato plants I wanted to try this year may have helped some...) it has the space to spread out and impress me. Impress me it has, and now I'm looking for ways to use it. What have I been missing all this time!?
