Smoked Beef Brisket

I'll have to post the recipe as soon as my dear husband writes it down for me.  Apparently, the recipe is in his head!

Smoking a brisket takes a long time but the results are well worth the effort.  This was a huge hit at our house for everyone - and that doesn't happen very often.
