War on Clutter: A Formal Declaration

Work (and some progress) continue in my efforts to overcome the clutter in our home.  Some days just provide a different perspective of what I'm trying to accomplish.  I have found that I wrestle with trying to figure out the difference between realistic and unrealistic expectations about the end result of my efforts.  I want to be reasonable and not set myself up for disappointment and failure and yet not provide mental excuses for not making any effort and giving up completely.  That's a tough thing to do.

I think I'll try writing a series of posts specific to this topic for a while.  I'd like to look back over time and see where I've made progress and maybe even be an encouragement for others who are struggling with the same challenges.  So, I guess this is my formal declaration of war on the clutter taking up residence in our home!  Pray for me!!
