Simple Goulash (the way my Mom taught me)

 


1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
Pasta - elbow or shell macaroni 10 oz
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
Garlic salt
Pepper

*Boil the pasta in water with chicken base for more flavor


Brown the ground beef and onions

Cook the pasta (just don’t overcook it); drain but don't rinse

Combine ground beef, cooked pasta, tomatoes, tomato sauce and one can of water.

Season with garlic salt and pepper to taste.

Cook 10-15 minutes or until hot enough to enjoy LOL
