Tomato Bisque

Name: Tomato Bisque
Yield: 4-6
Ingredients: 46 ounce bottle of V8 Juice; 1/4 cup water; 4 beef bouillon cubes or a 1/2 tablespoon of Better Than Bouillon; 4 tablespoons of butter; 1 medium sized yellow onion, very finely diced; 2 cans of diced tomatoes (14.5 ounce) or 2 1/2 cups fresh roasted tomatoes; 2 tablespoons of white sugar, sometimes I use a little more, add it and taste; 2 tablespoons of Marsala Cooking wine; 1 cup heavy cream; 1 cup fresh basil (measured before chopping) finely minced; 1 cup fresh parsley (measured before chopping) finely minced or 1/2 cup dried parsley; black pepper to taste

The only way this gets better is to add some roasted red peppers, and I haven't tried that yet! Seriously, this is the most delicious tomato soup I've ever made, and it really is a bisque because of the wonderful addition of cream in the end.
