Hello! Today is:

SEE WHAT'S NEW!

2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
2 ribs celery, sliced thin
1 Granny Smith apple, cored, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 green onions sliced thin
1/3 cup mayonnaise ( I usually end up adding even more)
juice of 1/2 lemon

Mix all the ingredients together, chill and serve on your favorite bread.  

YUM!
