Here's a first...

At the beginning.  Today is the first day of my youngest sweet girl's Christmas break, and my opportunity to grab hold and embrace every moment of it and have no regrets when it's over.  I'm doing just that.  I do not expect perfection; in fact, I will strive to have no expectations about how it's supposed to be and have every expectation that God will be in every precious moment as long as we welcome Him.  Let the unexpected begin and, please Lord, help me have and keep a cheerful attitude of joy!
