The view is a bit different...
But the spot is still as sweet - that is after you look and walk past the monstrosity that has take up residence on our beach. Boy, that first day I was so angry! It took me a minute to work through it and come to the realization that it didn’t have to ruin my whole vacation or vacation spot.
It is frustrating and it shouldn’t be that the owners don’t give a hoot about it, but it is what it is. It seems the epitome of greed to rent the space out to families who have invested hard earned and hard saved money in a much anticipated beach vacation only to discover that the “private” beach is blocked from access (and oh by-the-way not actually private any more since they created a public beach access point just a few doors down). Honest, good customer service is an absolute rarity these days. When people know that they have something others want, they can do pretty much anything they please and withhold any iota of consideration and generosity.
