Hello! Today is:

SEE WHAT'S NEW!

In my mind, I was trying to justify why I needed hours, days and maybe even weeks to prepare the lesson plans for our upcoming academic year. My husband doesn't seem to understand that this can't be done in a few hours for a couple days. When I started to feel guilty about the hours I insisted upon being left alone with my computer and the school material it dawned on me that I have nothing to feel guilty about. This is my job and other than keeping the household running there is nothing more important that I should be doing during these vital days before we begin our lessons. This is our life; this is what I do - I am a teacher of many subjects, the cafeteria lady and the coordinator of many field trips, extra-curricular activities and let's not forget a bus driver. This takes planning, organization, foresight and endurance.

This is a full time job and it's not for the fainthearted!!

  1. A friend recently informed me that I'm a CEO. Just for fun I looked it up: administrator in charge of total management. Hmmmm....next time someone asks, maybe I should have a new job title *wink*

Susan, honestly I'm not sure how you give so much. You're amazing and I know you make God smile!
