Chick Filet Sauce Copy Cat Recipe

I LOVE Chick Filet, and I am happy to spend our money there as a faithful customer.  Sometimes, however, I just need a Chick Filet Sauce fix and I need it here (home) and now (like right now!). As always, a quick search on the internet provided a pretty good - in this case excellent! - recipe to make my own at home.

...and to go with that yummy sauce, here's the copy cat grilled chicken recipe :-)

I haven't figured out how to keep the chicken from drying out yet, but I'm guessing that has more to do with operator error than the recipe ;-). The flavor is delicious.
