If you like chicken salad, you'll probably love this recipe! I have been preparing it regularly and I haven't come across anyone yet who didn't love it.

2 cups cooked cubed chicken
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 green apple, cored and chopped (red will do, too)
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup cubed cheddar cheese (I use shredded)
3 minced green onions
1/3 cup mayonnaise mixed with juice from 1/2 lemon (I use a TBL spoon of bottled when I don't have a fresh lemon)

Mix it all up and serve the way you like - on a kaiser roll is fabulous or on a bed of lettuce.
