Happy Birthday, Christina!

Yes, it is a belated post but the family celebration was right on time. Never mind the fact that I totally blew it on the cake. What can I say? I went to Sam's early in the week so I could order what she wanted and I couldn't get anyone to wait on me. They were all too busy chatting in the back and talking on the phone. I got impatient and left thinking I would come back later or call it in. Hmmm, I forgot. It's that simple, I forgot. I am such a loser mom sometimes! I have somehow really slacked off on being prepared for these special occasions. One of my really, really important goals as of now - getting ahead of the curve - being ready for special holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, all those things that just deserve our attention. I'll get my head in the game, I really will!
