This is my first week at attempting to hold the line on shopping more than one day a week. This will help in so many ways; saving time, energy and money. Have a running shopping list on the refrigerator and have let everyone know I don’t plan to shop until my official shopping day, which according to my SOP is Wednesday. I’ll report later as to how successful I am in holding firm in my intention.
Peace!
